During the Year of Canada’s 150th birthday, the Canadian Institute of Geomatics Newfoundland Branch (CIG-NL) celebrates the event with a conference themed around 150 years of geomatics expertise. Besides its usual sessions revolving around the state of the art in geomatics, Geomatics Atlantic 2017 will include presentations on the historical significance of geomatics in Canada and the Atlantic Provinces.
